International Driving Permit Acceptance – Guaranteed or Your Money Back!

We guarantee a refund (excluding shippingand faster processing fees) if the IDP you purchase from us is not accepted inany of the countries as detailed in the search functionality on our IDP country check.Some countries only accept a printed copy so you must have purchased thecorrect IDP format for that country. 

Contact us via email and provide us withthe written documents showing that your IDP was not accepted. We will issue afull refund within 7 business days.

Eligible Orders are limited to the following:

• IDP refused by car rental agencies with valid proof of rejection.
• IDP refused by traffic authorities in listed countries with valid proof of rejection.

These orders and refunds are limited to theperiod under which the IDP that was purchased is valid for. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you order a digital and you should haveordered a physical copy, and you are rejected because you should have bought aphysical copy, no refund will be given. We have processed your application andprovide information on which countries require physical, it is yourresponsibility to check you have the correct one with you. We do not provide arefund where you are travelling/moving address and the document arrives whenyou have moved on. 

Digital IDP Guarantee – Delivered on Time or Your Money Back!

After submitting your application andrequired documents, you will receive your Digital IDP and order confirmationemail within 24 hours, or within 10 minutes for faster digital processingorders.
If we fail to meet this timeframe, you will receive a full refund. 

Only applications with complete andapproved requirements are eligible for this guarantee. Incomplete or incorrectapplications, such as photos in the wrong orientation or missing license orshipping information, will not be processed.

Orders not covered:

• Failure to meet the promised processing time due to incomplete or unapproved photo, personal, license, or shipping information.

Unlimited Replacements

You are entitled to unlimited replacementsfor the entire validity of your IDP. We will ship the replacement to the sameaddress you provided when placing your order for $20 plus the shipping fee foryour destination shipping country.

Eligible Orders:

• Lost printed copies of the IDP booklet, sent to the same shipping address.
• Order not received, with supporting tracking information.

You’re Covered by Our 30-Day Refund Policy

• You can cancel your IDP application for a refund within 45 minutes of placing your order. This does not apply to express orders as your digital IDP will already be processed and emailed to you within 5 minutes. 

After the 45 minutes grace period, a 15%printing and handling fee will apply. Shipping fees are non-refundable once theorder has been shipped. The cost of a digital IDP for the same period will bededucted as it has already been delivered to your email for your use. Printingfees for orders are non-refundable after 12 hours at which point it will beprinted.

This guarantee applies to refund requestsfor orders in which the IDP was not rejected by traffic authorities. It alsoapplies to refund requests for orders where there is no proof of rejection bytraffic authorities or car rental agencies.

Orders not covered:

• Changed your mind about the product.
• IDP not used.
• Digital only orders with express delivery/faster processing.
• Orders where you have already received the digital IDP if we have already sent the digital IDP to you via email. 
• The digital IDP worked so no longer need the printed version (if over 12 hours since order was made).
• Refund requests for IDPs not rejected by traffic authorities or car rental agencies.
• Refund requests for IDPs with no proof of rejection by traffic authorities or car rental agencies.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Orders where you should have bought (as advised on our country check page when you enter in your destination country) the physical copy but only bought/or presented the digital copy.

Express processing

Express processing is non-refundable. OnceExpress processing has been processed, it cannot be reversed or refunded underany circumstances.

Faster processing and any otherdownloadable upgrades are explicitly excluded from our money-back guarantee,and this policy applies regardless of any claims made under the guarantee. Bypurchasing an upgrade with IDP Global Online, you acknowledge and agree tothese terms.

Digital copies

If you have ordered a Digital Only copy,these are non-refundable once it has been emailed to you.
